SERVING TEMPERATURES

Our winemaker Alex recommends the below for his wines:

Spritz - Our spritz is best enjoyed very cold straight out of the fridge and from the can. We actually created this product to be enjoyed without the need for ice. Alex puts a sprig of mint in the top of his cans in a nod to the Hungarian roots of the white wine spritz, try it!

Fizz - bubbly can stand being served colder. But for practical purposes, what comes out of the fridge is a bit too cold. So let it warm up a bit first to about 7C.

White wine – ideally our white wines should be served at about 10C.

Red wine – Light reds can often benefit from a bit of chilling, so on a hot day try our Pinot Noir as you would enjoy a white wine at around 10C. ‘serve at room temperature.’ this is slightly outdated, being penned before central heating. In modern times aim for between 15-18C.
