A beautifully aromatic style of white wine with a quintessentially English profile. Aromas of elderflower and stonefruits mingle with cut grass and summer hedgerow, while on the palate the wine shows real depth of flavour, crisp acidity and wonderfully textured finish. The grapes for this wine came from vineyards in Kent and Essex, hand-picked and gently pressed as whole bunches. To preserve the delicate aroma and freshness, the majority was fermented in stainless steel, with 5% fermented in barrel to help build texture on the mid-palate.
