Vintage 2021 Sparkling:

This wine exemplifies the elegance and finesse that English Sparkling wines are increasingly known for. Crafted from a blend of Chardonnay grapes (84%) and Pinot Noir grapes (16% , the high proportion of Chardonnay brings a fresh, refined structure, showcasing the grape’s bright acidity and mineral quality emblematic of England's cool climate. The touch of Pinot Noir complements this with subtle red fruit undertones adding body and complexity.

Bacchus 2022:

Arriving from a single vineyard in Upperton, West Sussex that produces the best Bacchus we have found in the UK. This site has just 4 rows of Bacchus surrounded by grapes destined for traditional method sparkling wine. This vineyard is one of best managed we have worked with, 20-year-old vines in their prime, very precise canopy management, which resulted in grapes with wonderful aromatics and balance. This wine jumps out of the glass with a highly aromatic expression, lime, gooseberry, pithy yellow grapefruit, and grassy, tropical undertones

Pinot Gris 2023:

Pinot Gris grapes are relatively rare in England, and we are fortunate to source them from two outstanding vineyards in West Sussex. Our own Foxhole Vineyard contributed 84% of the grapes, delivering wonderfully ripe stone fruit and peachy character, while the remaining 16% came from Locksash Vineyard adding notes of pear drop character and classic Pinot Gris purity.

Chardonnay 2023:

Chardonnay grapes for still wine are one of the most difficult variations to find in the UK. 2023 proved to be a wonderful vintage for Chardonnay that provided both ripeness and extremely high-quality fruit. This wine bursts lively acidity and vibrant green apple flavours from grapes grown in loamy, flint-rich soil in West Marden, West Sussex. From one of the best English vintages - this Chardonnay shows extraordinary balance, concentration, and lifted freshness.

Pinot Noir Précoce 2023:

Précoce thrives in cooler climates, permitting the fruit to develop to its full potential while retaining its remarkable freshness and vibrancy. Our vineyard, nestled in West Sussex, provides the perfect environment for cultivating this early-ripening grape. The cooler temperatures combined with the rich clay-loam soils encourage the grapes to mature swiftly, allowing the natural characteristics of the grape to shine through. 100% destemmed, semi-carbonic maceration. Fermentation was completed in concrete tanks, followed by ageing in neutral oak barrels (40%) and concrete tank (50%). We recommend you drink this in the sun, paired with charcuterie, and serve slightly chilled (14°c).  Also pairs with grilled aubergine, salty cheese, fatty fish salmon/tuna, duck, pork and venison.

Cabernet Noir 2019:

Cabernet Noir is one of the most unique varieties grown in the UK. This is a grape variety originates from Switzerland and is a result of a hybrid between Cabernet Sauvignon and another variety. Our Grapes were sourced from Redhill Vineyard in Kent. The grapes were hand harvested, brought to our cellar in Fulham and 100% destemmed before being pressed and fermented in a stainless steel tank. Once fermented, the wine was then aged in 3rd-use French oak barrels for 9 months, giving it notes of spicy cloves, violets, and an olive tapenade finish. Bottled by hand in 2020, cellar-aged for four years.

Un-fined & unfiltered. Hand-labelled.
