Our 2022 Blanc de Blancs is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Wiltshire, close to Stonehenge. Made using the traditional method and aged on lees for 32 months, it combines fresh fruit with subtle complexity.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Clean and fresh, with notes of nashi pear, yellow peach, and apple, alongside light hints of butter caramel and pastry.
Palate: Fine bubbles and a smooth texture. A balanced mix of fresh acidity and ripe fruit, with flavours of citrus and lemon curd. Lees ageing adds gentle brioche notes and extra depth.
Finish: Long, clean, and well balanced.
