Our 2024 Bacchus highlights the bright, aromatic style that makes this grape so well suited to the UK. Hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed in Fulham, this vintage shows the freshness and clarity Bacchus delivers in cooler seasons.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Fresh and lifted, with aromas of elderflower, grapefruit, candied lemon peel, and gooseberry, with a hint of lime.

Palate: Crisp and refreshing, with classic flavours of gooseberry and lime. Green apple adds extra brightness, while time on lees brings a light creaminess and a bit more depth.

Finish: Clean, fresh, and balanced.

Food Pairing

Works well with dishes that benefit from a citrus edge:

  • Fresh oysters or scallops

  • Vietnamese dishes and light salads

  • Grilled fish with lime
