An Expression of English Freshness

Our 2024 Bacchus captures the pure, aromatic expression of the most important still wine grape in the UK. Hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed in Fulham, this vintage is a celebration of why Bacchus is the perfect grape for our cooler vintages.

Tasting Notes

Nose:
An expressive bouquet of white blossom leads into bright notes of grapefruit, candied lemon peel, and gooseberry — all lifted by a zesty twist of lime.

Palate:
Crisp and mouth-watering, the wine delivers the hallmark flavours of gooseberry and lime that define England’s finest Bacchus. A burst of green apple enhances its refreshing acidity, lees ageing lends a subtle creaminess and added complexity.

Finish:
Vibrant, clean, and quietly elegant — both culinary and quaffable.
